• In the native mobile shell, Download on account and payment PDF statements opens the device share sheet with a public file at /public/files/{id}.pdf. The same menu emails that link to the signed-in user. Preparing the statement shows a toast and leaves the screen usable. Publishing the file inserts a new PublicFileRecords row and no longer scans Name, which is nvarchar(max) with no index and timed out at 20 seconds.
