Sumsub

Overview

Obermind creates and resumes the Sumsub applicant with externalUserId set to the platform user id. The user completes the configured level in the WebSDK. applicantReviewed and applicantWorkflowCompleted webhooks, when the review is completed, write the level status and roll the overall result up from the default levels. GREEN grants the configured roles. RED follows the retry and final-reject rules already set on the deployment, including a maximum number of attempts.

Levels and actions

Level names are configured in admin settings and must exist, with the same spelling, on the Sumsub account. Applicant actions are separate review objects and are not copied by Reusable KYC.

Reusable KYC

Dash → KYC → Reusable KYC holds the donor account connection. Preview looks up each local user id on the donor account and shows email, level, review answer, and source key. Copy Applicant imports an approved profile and keeps the review result. With automatic reuse on, opening a level generates a single-use share token and reuses the donor applicant into that level name. An optional source-key filter limits both preview and reuse to applicants with that key. An empty filter includes every matched applicant.
