/api/v1/Instruments/research/news/refreshTriggers an on-demand live news fetch for the instrument the user is actively viewing so it takes priority over the background rotation. Stock news uses a recent window; press releases self-extend to a multi-year window. Fetched items are stored and broadcast, so the response is intentionally lightweight (a count) — panels update via the live news feed.
