get/api/v1/Payments/quote

Prices a payment to a beneficiary in a different currency from the payment account, before it is sent: what the beneficiary receives, what is debited from the account (fee included), the fee and the exchange rate. The same beneficiary and minimum-amount checks as sending are applied, so a refusal is shown before confirming.
